Step 1: Get in TOuch

You can either DM on IG @resendezphotography__ or submit an inquiry through my Contact page here.

I will reply within 24-48 hours and will go over my available dates & times.


STEP 2: Let's get you booked!

Once you have selected a time and a date, I will send you a personalized link that includes the following:

  1. Contract: This outlines the terms and conditions of the photography service to make sure we are on the same page.
  2. Session Questionnaire: Give me all the deets! What is the vision for your photoshoot.
  3. Retainer: To secure your date/time, a $50 non-refundable retainer is due.

Nothing is secured in my books until all 3 of these are completed. You will automatically receive a confirmation email upon completion of all 3.


STEP 3: the planning begins

I will follow up shortly after, via e-mail with my locations PDF as well as a direct link to my Pinterest board to help you with outfit inspiration. I am always down to try new spots if you don't see a location you like in my PDF (please keep in mind that anything outside of the 610 loop will incur a travel fee depending on the location). Please note a reminder will be sent 7 days prior to the photoshoot date to confirm our session again and see if the weather is optimal for shooting. For weather/reschedule/cancelation policy, please refer to the contract.


STEP 4: PHOTOSHOOT DAY!!!

AHH MY FAVE DAY !!!! I will be your personal hype-woman and cheerleader throughout your whole photoshoot! Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session to ensure you are ready to go! P.S you will definitely here me say "omg cuteeee" A LOT !!


STEP 5: PROOFING & FINAL GALLERY DELIVERY

48 hours after our time together, I will upload all the RAW pictures with my watermark on it to an online gallery that allows you to pick out your final selections and add to a Favorite List I have pre-created for you - this is how you will "proof" your photos. (the amount of photos you select depends on the package you have purchased - if you'd like to purchase additional photos, you may do so). Once you have sent me back your "favorites" -- I will begin editing. Please allow 10-12 business days (M-F) for your final gallery to be delivered.

Once you have received your gallery, please download and DO NOT screen shot as this diminishes the quality of your photos by a TON!!

  • SHARE & TAG ME: please don't forget to tag my Instagram @resendezphotography__ on the photos or/and in the caption, would always love to get some more exposure as most of my clients come from referrals!!

FAQ

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PICTURES?

After I have finished editing your favorites, I will reupload those images to an online password-protected gallery link directly to your email where you will be able to download.

CAN I SELECT THE IMAGES I WANT EDITED?

Yes! 24-48 hours after your photoshoot, I will upload the raw images with my watermark to a private link where you can select the images you'd like me to edit. The amount of photos are based on the package purchased.

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME?

After favorites are selected by client, edited gallery is sent 10-12 days after. Should you need photos before, there is a $60 rush fee for the full gallery. If gallery is rushed, it will be delivered within 3 days.

IS THERE A RETAINER FEE?

Yes, a $50 non-refundable retainer must be paid the day of booking. Your session is not secured until retainer payment is made, which can be made via our booking site.
Retainer fee goes towards your total balance. Remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your session date. Automated reminders are sent to your email.

HOW DO I RESERVE MY SESSION?

You can either DM me or complete the form on the "Contact" page, and I will respond usually within 24-48 hours and provide you with a personalized booking link.

CAN I HAVE THE RAW IMAGES?

As a photographer, a lot of time goes into getting my images to look the best that they can be! Because unedited photos are not a good representation of my work and my style, I do not send out RAW and unedited photos. But, I am happy to sell extra edited images

IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?

Yes, anything outside of the 610 loop will incur a travel fee. These fees are based on the location (Humble, Woodlands, Spring, Galveston, etc.)

CAN I HAVE MY SESSION IN THE MIDDAY?

No. I only hold sessions either in the AM (Sunrise) or PM (Golden Hour). This is done to avoid any harsh light in your photos. Sessions held during the midday are only applied to studio sessions.

WHAT IF I'M LATE TO MY SESSION?

I understand life happens, but the key is to communicate with me! If you know you will be a couple minutes late, please let me know. If your session is for 1 hour and you are 15 mins late, you will only have 45 mins left of your session time. I cannot extend session times.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

That is okay- as long as you let me know 3 days prior to your session date. Anything less will incur a $25 reschedule fee. I will work with you to find a date that works for the both of us.
