STEP 2: Schedule a Consultation Meeting
This consultation is a chance for us to talk through your wedding vision, your photography needs, and the moments that matter most to you. We'll go over your timeline, walk through my process, and make sure everything feels aligned so you can feel confident and excited moving forward!
STEP 3: Sign Contract & Pay Retainer
Once your date is officially reserved, I'll send over a few goodies to help you prepare for the big day. I'm happy to serve as a resource for vendor recommendations, timeline guidance and more!
STEP 4: Schedule Your Engagement Session
Once you’re officially booked, we’ll schedule your complimentary engagement session — these are such a fun way to celebrate this season and get comfortable in front of the camera. I’ll send over my location guide and available dates so you can choose the vibe and timing that feels just right for you two.
STEP 5: Build Your Timeline
We check in about 1-1.5 months before the wedding to start chatting about timeline specifics, special details, family formal shot lists, special traditions and anything else I should know about your big day.
STEP 6: Celebrate Your Wedding Day!!
The big day is finally here — and I’ll be right by your side to document every heartfelt moment, big and small. From the quiet getting ready moments to the dance floor memories, I’ll make sure your story is captured exactly as it felt.

STEP 2: Let's Get You Booked!
Once you have selected a time and a date that works for you, I will send you a personalized link that includes Contract, Questionnaire, Retainer
STEP 3: The Planning Begins:
I'll be following up shortly via email with my locations PDF for outfit inspiration. If you don’t see a location you love, I’m always open to new spots—just note that some spots incur a travel/permit fee. A reminder will be sent 3–5 days before your session to confirm the shoot and weather; final balance and any added fees are due 3 days prior.
STEP 4: PHOTOSHOOT DAY!!!
The day is finally here! Come ready to relax, have fun, and be fully present — I’ll guide you every step of the way. We’ll capture a mix of candid, posed, and in-between moments that reflect your unique story.
STEP 5: Proofing & Final Gallery Delivery!
Within 2–3 business days, you’ll receive a watermarked proof gallery to select your favorite images based on your package. Once you've made your selections, I’ll add you to my editing queue—final galleries are delivered within 2 weeks (excluding weekends/holidays).
Please download your gallery (no screenshots!) to preserve image quality.

FAQ
WILL YOU HELP ME WITH POSING?
I’ll step in to pose you when needed, but I’ll also step back to capture those authentic, candid moments as they unfold.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
If there is inclement weather the day of your session, I will work with you to reschedule. If you need to change the date of your session for any reason other than inclement weather, there is a re-scheduling fee of $50.
CAN I SELECT THE IMAGES I WANT EDITED?
Yes! 2-3 business days after your photoshoot, I will upload the raw images with my watermark to a private link where you can select the images you'd like me to edit. The amount of photos are based on the package purchased. You may also purchase additional photos.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PICTURES?
After I have finished editing your favorites, I will reupload those images to an online password-protected gallery link directly to your email where you will be able to download.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX? Someone else we inquired with didn't have that in their pricing.
In Texas, photographers must collect sales tax at a rate of 8.25% (6.25% state tax and 2.0% local tax). While it may be an inconvenience, it’s simply part of operating a legally compliant photography business. If a photographer isn’t charging sales tax, they may not be running a legitimate business or could be incorporating the tax into a flat session rate.
WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME?
After favorites are selected by client, edited gallery is sent 2 weeks after. Should you need photos before, there is a $120 rush fee for the full gallery. If gallery is rushed, it will be delivered within 3 days.
IS THERE A RETAINER FEE?
Yes, a $100 non-refundable retainer (for regular sessions) must be paid the day of booking. Your session is not secured until retainer payment is made, which can be made via our booking site.
Retainer fee goes towards your total balance. Remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your session date. Automated reminders are sent to your email.
This fee is essential because booking a session reserves that specific time exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations (within 7 days of the scheduled date) make it difficult to fill the spot with another client and unfair to others who may have wanted the same time slot.
HOW DO I RESERVE MY SESSION?
You can either DM me or complete the form on the "Contact" page, and I will respond usually within 24 hours directly to your email. Or you can click on "View my available dates" and begin booking there.
CAN I HAVE THE RAW IMAGES?
As a photographer, a lot of time goes into getting my images to look the best that they can be! Because unedited photos are not a good representation of my work and my style, I do not send out RAW and unedited photos.
IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?
These fees are based on the location (Humble, Woodlands, Spring, Galveston, etc.)
CAN I HAVE MY SESSION IN THE MIDDAY?
No. I only hold sessions either in the AM (Sunrise) or PM (Golden Hour). This is done to avoid any harsh light in your photos. Sessions held during the midday are only applied to studio sessions.
WHAT IF I'M LATE TO MY SESSION?
I understand life happens, but the key is to communicate with me! If you know you will be a couple minutes late, please let me know. If your session is for 1 hour and you are 15 mins late, you will only have 45 mins left of your session time. I cannot extend session times.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
That is okay- as long as you let me know 7 days prior to your session date. Anything less will incur a $50 reschedule fee. I will work with you to find a date that works for the both of us.
DO YOU DO RETOUCHING OR PHOTOSHOP?
I don’t offer extensive retouching services. My photo editing process is done through Adobe Lightroom, focusing on adjustments to exposure, shadows, temperature, and color tones to achieve my signature style.
Retouching, which is done in Adobe Photoshop, involves more in-depth image manipulation. Basic retouching includes removing blemishes, stray hairs, or small details, while extensive retouching can cover tasks like altering clothing, removing braces, adjusting body proportions, or addressing major hair issues.
If you’re looking for heavily edited images, I may not be the right fit—and that’s completely okay!
